This notice explains how Islaya Home handles the details you give us when you join our launch list. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Your email address, and, if you choose to share them, your first name, city, bed size and color choice.
Why we collect it
- To email you about the Islaya Home launch: first access, the founding-member price and the fabric invite.
- To plan how many sheets of each size and color to make.
We only email you because you ticked the consent box. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email or write to us and we'll take you off the list.
Who handles it
Islaya Home only. Your details are stored by Islaya Home on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We don't use a third-party mailing tool, and no one else gets the list.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email islayahome@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
We never sell it
We never sell, rent or trade your details. This site uses no tracking scripts and no cookies.
